INSTRUCTIONS for making payment:

NB: This form is only for making payment after we have sent you an invoice following your acceptance for the Primary Certificate in Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy. You need to have the invoice number with you in order to complete the form.

1. Type your 4-digit INVOICE number into the box below. You will find the number near the top right-hand corner of your invoice. (NB: make sure you don't inadvertently type in your CUSTOMER number, which also has 4 digits)
   
   
2. Then click on the 'Pay Now' button. You will be taken to a page at the PayPal website.
    
3. At the PayPal page, choose your payment method:
   
   - Credit or Debit card (you don't need a PayPal account to pay using a card)     ....or ...
   
   - If you have a PayPal account, you can set up a direct transfer from that account to ours.
    
4. After you have finished making the payment, you will be returned to this site to receive information about what happens next.

My Invoice Number (4 digits):		Are you paying from outside New Zealand? If you are making payment from a country other than New Zealand and you wish to check the cost in your own currency, Note: a new window on the XE-Currency site will open containing advertising that is not connected to the payment you are making here. Simply close the new window when you have finished with it and you will return to this page.
