Dear [[DEAR]]

Welcome to the October CBT newsletter. In this edition's resource section we have material on using CBT with children & adolescents, the elderly, physical health, and various mental health applications; along with some interesting issues in the world of CBT, notices about CBT conferences worldwide and an update on the year's training events here in New Zealand. And to lighten up a little, don't miss the the '50 Ways to Leave Your Neuroses' video.

There are are still places available on all of the one-day workshops. The Primary Certificate in REBT course is almost full (there is still plenty of time to do the preparatory work if you would like to take advantage of one of the few remaning places).

Primary Certificate in Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy: this ever-popular programme now incorporates a computer-based multimedia training tool which is making a significant difference to the level of expertise trainees are gaining. An innovative way to get a practice-based introduction to one of the major systems of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.

One-day workshops are stand-alone events and you can attend them individually or combine them with each other and with the Certificated courses.

Workshop: Mindfulness - Mon 14 Nov                                                                         Places available
